2. Precision Cutting and Sizing

This process ensures smooth cutting surfaces without burrs or deformation. Custom cutting for special-shaped steel gratings, including cut corners, openings, and curved shapes, is completed in this stage.

3. Mold Assembly and Positioning

Qualified steel bars are neatly arranged in professional welding molds. Workers precisely adjust the spacing of bearing bars and cross bars according to standard grid sizes.

Uniform grid spacing and neat arrangement guarantee stable structure, even load distribution, and consistent appearance of each steel grating panel.

4. Automatic Pressure Welding Forming

Automatic high-pressure resistance welding is the core process of steel grating production.

The equipment presses twisted square steel cross bars tightly onto bearing bars and performs instant high-current welding at every intersection. Each welding point forms strong metallurgical integration without missing welding or virtual welding.

Automatic pressure welding ensures high flatness, strong rigidity, excellent load-bearing capacity, and stable overall structure of steel gratings.

5. Edge Sealing and Deep Processing

After welding forming, steel grating panels go through edge sealing treatment. Solid flat steel is welded around the perimeter to strengthen the overall structure and prevent deformation.

6. Surface Anti-Corrosion Treatment

The finished steel gratings are fully cleaned through degreasing, pickling, and surface polishing to remove rust, oil, and impurities. Then the panels are immersed in high-temperature molten zinc liquid.
